The Multiverse of Marvel: Future of MCU

Spread the love

Spiderman has sparked the same level of excitement as the Avengers, thanks to the Multiverse. As a result, the fan theory grew in popularity. Several questions have arisen. For comic book fans, they are easy concepts, but for the average public, they are unintelligible. The fan hypothesis perplexes a lot of people. Let's speak about this Multiverse today, as well as the upcoming multiverse-related Marvel movies and series.

What is Multiverse?

Before discussing Spiderman, it's necessary to discuss the Multiverse and variations. Like this large cosmos, we have several parallel universes. That is, somewhere in the cosmos, there is a solar system that is identical to ours. This is referred to as a parallel universe. The Multiverse is the aggregate of several parallel worlds. We have a world that is like ours during this Multiverse. For the sake of clarity, comic books numbered these planets. We may find an identical or dissimilar version in these realms. Maybe they're also talking about multiverse theory right now. Variants are distinct variations of the same thing. The "Loki" series has shown these variations.

Who is ‘Kang the Conqueror’?

We are currently living in the twenty-first century, and the Supervillain from the Loki series "He Who Remains" or "Kang the Conqueror" has arrived from the thirty-first century. He arrived from the future of our planet, in other words. Kang is a scientist. He owns no supernatural abilities. He is, nonetheless, a brilliant intellectual. His primary strength is that he is tech-genius and highly skilled in tactical fighting. He can manipulate other technologies with his own technology, in addition to time travel. He also has High Tech Advanced Battle Armor that can record any radiation. Starting with self-augmentation, it can create holographic pictures and force field projections.

So, using his brilliance, the original Kang learns the existence of the Multiverse and talks with his own variants. That's where the issue arises. Because there is a significant distinction between discovering and managing the Multiverse. And it's in this way that he allows his dangerous variants to ruin the Multiverse's peace. The most horrific version tries to seize control of the whole Multiverse. Perhaps we'll see that terrific variation of Kang in the second season of the Loki series and in Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania.

What is ‘TVA’ (Time Variance Authority)?

After messing around with Multiverse, Kang's original version realized what he had done. That's why he formed the "Time Variety Authority (TVA)" and kept the "Sacred Timeline" using his avant-garde out of remorse. You must understand the difference between "Sacred" and "Secret" to continue. Secrets are kept hidden, while sacred things are kept sacred. And Kang is unconcerned about anything except the sacred timetable. Only when a Nexus event happens does Kang interfere. Kang interrupts the occurrence that created an undesired timeline. For example, the Avengers End Game event is a sacred event and should be included in the Sacred Timeline. In the meanwhile, Loki's escape with the Tesseract (Space Stone) is Nexus, not Sacred. The Loki series arose because of this.

How is The Multiverse of Marvel Created?

Kang claims to know everything in the Loki series finale. He is well informed of the course of events. However, in the final phases of the episode, he abruptly said that he had no idea what would happen next. Sylvie does not trust these statements and kills Kang in his original form. The chronology then becomes random at some point, and a multiverse collision occurs. Loki then walks to the TVA, where he discovers a statue of Kang's horrifying variant and understands that Mobius hasn't seen him before. In another way, the Nexus event has spawned a new timeline.

This is when the Multiverse's madness begins. Many people assumed that Marvel will release Multiverse alongside WandaVision. It's worth noting that the Multiverse is made up of three elements: time, space, and reality. Dr. Strange, Wanda, and Loki in Phase Four, we'll see more of these people.

Since Mysterio disclosed Spiderman's identity, Peter Parker's life has been unhappy, as depicted in the film Spiderman: No Way Home. To get rid of this, Peter seeks the help of Dr. Strange. A spell is then performed, causing everyone to forget that Peter Parker is Spiderman. But the spell failed, and his identity was revealed in the Multiverse. It's worth noting that a superhero needs a hidden identity. At the very least, for the sake of personal tranquility. As a result, the predicament in Spiderman: No Way Home is born. However, Wong forbade it in the film, claiming that it was a dreadful spell. It is not to be used. Perhaps the multiverse characters have converged on the same timeframe because of the spell issue.

Fan Theories & Easter Eggs

Meanwhile, MCU fans are becoming increasingly enthralled as Marvel reveals a slew of Easter eggs, trivia, and hidden meanings. Wonder Reality Outburst in WandaVision's ending and Collision of Multiverse in Loki's finale, for example, occurred at the same moment in the episode's length. In the meanwhile, the spell cast by Dr. Strange in Spiderman: No Way Home have occurred at the same time. Marvel, on the other hand, appears to have done it on purpose. Because Marvel understands how enthralled fans are by these details, it will exploit them to build even more anticipation.

But the location of TVA is mostly outside of the chronology. It is also the end of time. The "Sacred Timeline" is then watched and kept from there. As a result, the notion of combining the chronology of the Loki finale episode with the timeframe of Wandavision or Doctor Strange's spell performed is incorrect.

Upcoming Multiverse Projects of Marvel Cinematic Universe

Marvel, on the other hand, is constantly a step ahead of the audience. Every phase has shown evidence of this. MCU will release Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness on May 6, 2022, which is the Next multiverse movie after No Way Home. We shall see the primordial lunacy of the Multiverse in this film. Finally, following Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder will be released. This will bring MCU's Phase Four to a close.

The She-Hulk series will kick off Phase Five. Then Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Captain Marvel's sequel The Marvels, The Guardians of The Galaxy: Holiday Special, Antman, and the Wasp: Quantumania, Guardians of The Galaxy Volume 3, Fantastic Four, Blade, Deadpool 3, Captain America 4, Moon Knight Series, Secret Invasion Series, Iron Heart Series, Armor War Series, I'M Groot Series, Wakanda Forever Series, Agatha: House of Harkness Series, Echo Series, etc.

Upcoming Multiverse Projects of Sony

Sony, on the other hand, wants to use Spiderman to set up its own movie world. They have already changed the title to "Spider-Verse." There will be Sony-owned Marvel characters such as Spiderman, Venom, Morbius, and Kraven on display. This craziness will only increase over time because the producing houses are aware of the underlying material's market value. This is easy money that no one wants to lose.
